Portrait of Haoyu Wang

Haoyu Wang

I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the Pennsylvania State University, where I am very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Pei Wu.

My current research focuses on quantum algorithm design and implementation, with an emphasis on practical quantum advantages. I am also interested in leveraging AI to advance quantum computing.

Before joining Penn State, I completed a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and an M.E. in Computer Engineering at USTC, where I was advised by Prof. Xue Chen.
